Ingredients

Fresh arugula, prewashed

Anjou pears, cored and sliced into ¼-inch pieces

Maple Dressing

Instructions
Make the dressing:
In a small bowl, combine the water, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar. Whisk until everything is fully blended.
Prepare the salad:
Place the prewashed arugula into a large bowl or your desired serving dish.
Prepare the pears:
Slice each pear in half, remove the core, and then cut the halves into ¼-inch slices. Add them to the arugula.
Add the toppings:
Toss in the dried cranberries and toasted walnuts. Gently mix the salad ingredients together.
Dress the salad:
Pour the maple dressing over the salad and toss it lightly to coat the ingredients evenly.
